- Attach unboxing video proof and images of the damaged/incorrect item.
- Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:
- If the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
- If the order is canceled before shipping.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated.
Refund Process & Timeline:

- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or discount vouchers.
